All Membership Service details (including accessibility, holds, and cancellation requirements) are carefully outlined in your electronic receipt provided by email at the time of purchase.
The purchase of any Service (Classes and/or Personal Training – including Partner Training, Small Group Training & Team Training) requires the entire length of the membership to be fulfilled respectively.
To cancel an Autopay Membership outside your initial commitment, we require 30 days notice by email which will be processed as of the end of your most recent billing cycle.
Memberships (Classes and/or Personal Training – including Partner Training, Small Group Training & Team Training) may not be transferred to another person unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please be mindful of our Cancellation Policy when booking and rescheduling all appointments.
Classes: 8-hours notice
All Classes can be canceled or rescheduled at no charge leading up to the 8-hour window of your scheduled class. Anything canceled within the 8-hours will be automatically deemed a Late Cancellation through MindBody, which is subject to a charge of $20. No Shows (Not Showing up to your class without notice) are also $20.
If you are a class pack holder
Your workout will be accounted for towards your package as if you had attended. No additional charges will be applied to your account.
Private Training: 12-hours notice
All Private Training appointments (Personal, Partner, Small Group & Team Training) can be canceled or rescheduled at no charge prior to 12-hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel within 12-hours of your Session, your Session will be accounted for as if you had attended. No additional charges will be applied.
In case of emergency
If you are unable to attend your scheduled reservation, please connect with us at the Studio as soon as possible. We would be happy to accommodate your request as best as we can at that time!
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
All Products & Services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your Service within 7 days from your purchase date, you may receive a credit. Store credits may not be transferred to another person, unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase.
For sanitary reasons, all Products are final sale and non-refundable.
