The purchase of any Membership Services (Classes and/or Personal Training – including Partner Training, Small Group Training & Team Training) requires the entire length of the membership to be fulfilled respectively.

In the event of a requirement to cancel your memberships commitment, you are required to provide either a) a doctor’s note or b) proof of moving.

Memberships (Classes and/or Personal Training – including Partner Training, Small Group Training & Team Training) may be transferred to another Person unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All Products & Services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your Service within 7 days from your purchase date, you may receive a store credit. Store credits may be transferred to another Person.
For sanitary reasons, all Products are final sale and non-refundable.
